70, of 602 Newman St., Knoxville, Ill. died at 6:40 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2012 at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg.
She was born January 13, 1942 in Galesburg to Ernest and Evilo Wingo Rollins. She married Charles R. Allen October 7, 1962 in Galesburg. He survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Charles R. (and Jamie) Allen, Jr. of Abingdon, Brian L. (and Deniece) Allen of Arkansas Pass, Texas and Darrin M. (and April) Allen of Macomb, Ill.; a step brother, Eddie Rollins; a sister, Maxine (and Larry) Hendricks of Galesburg; 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and a step sister.
Cremation will be accorded with a private family graveside service in Memorial Park Cemetery, Galesburg. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
