Graduated from WIU in August 1962. Married Neil Mitchell, lived in NC, CA and Hawaii with the Marine Corps. Had two children. Divorced in 1975. Married Harry Wareham in 1978 and moved to Hawaii for 6 years until he retired from Navy. Moved back to Monterey in 1984. During this time I was a substitute teacher, and in Hawaii was Admin Manager of Hawaii Transportation Assoc.

On staff at Monterey Bay Aquarium from before opening in 1984 until retirement in 1994. Became volunteer at Aquarium 3 months later in the Educator Programs department, and I'm still there.

We have 4 children and 7 grandchildren, ...4 in California and 3 in Denmark.

We love to travel...and especially car trips. Favorites have been to Nova Scotia and back..also driving around England and Ireland, New Zealand and Tasmania and all 50 US states. We've visited Denmark and all the Baltic countries, with three days in St. Petersburg a highlight. Other favorites were the Rhine from Switzerland through Germany and France to Amsterdam and driving the Canadian mountains to Banff & Lake Louise.
